We’re a small but mighty team and are able to ship once a week - you can typically expect your order to be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock and can result in extended delivery time. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays due to staffing shortages or other issues.

International Orders all ship via USPS*. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country. 

Lost Packages:

We now offer a cost-effective and easy way to insure your orders through Route! At checkout, make sure to click the Route+ insurance box at the bottom of the screen, just below your order subtotal for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders shipped with Route+ will be handled through their trustworthy loss-prevention team, and will either be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

In the event your package gets lost in transit and you did not insure it with Route+, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they're in the hands of your chosen courier. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure. 



As a small team, we currently don’t have the capacity to process returns with the exception of items that have preexisting defects or damage as per the section below. If you are facing an unexpected sizing issue, we will accept in-stock size exchanges for up to 72 hours after items are received/delivered. For sizing exchanges where the desired exchange size is out of stock, customers can choose a replacement item of the same value, or be issued store credit. Exchange returns must be sent prepaid. We recommend USPS First Class, with tracking. 

Items sent to us without prior confirmation of the correct return address from our team may result in a delayed return/exchange process.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, promo code, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. However, the sizing exchange policy still applies to these items as well.

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. Kindly include your packing list in your exchange or return package. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the desired exchange item and will be invoiced before shipment. Failure to pay the invoice will result in forfeiture of the goods. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact for a prepaid return label. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund - all items are inspected before shipment for defects and damage. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt by emailing Customer Service. We currently do not have the facilities to accept repair requests.

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 12 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. Please note that items that have been shipped same-day before the cutoff time are ineligible for cancellation. If more than 12 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it.
