When will my order ship?
- COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS: We're taking precautions to limit time in the studio and minimize opportunity for exposure–as a result we are shipping 1-2 times a week Monday-Friday. Please note that this altered shipping schedule may affect dispatch times for your order. We thank you for your patience!!
- We ship Monday through Friday and most in-stock orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock, which can result in extended delivery time. We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays. For more information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page. How do I figure out my ring size?
- If you live in NYC, drop by our studio and we'll happily size you! Otherwise, we've come up with a few handy charts which will help you find the right ring size below. If you'd like to use our interactive, true to size ring measurer, you can download and print it at this link. Be sure to print the guide at the "actual" size setting!
- Most of our rings come in sizes 4 (midi / pinky / knuckle), 6, 7 or 8.
Help, I lost one of my earrings! Can I buy just one instead of a pair?
I’m looking for a specific Bing Bang item and I want to see it in person, where can I buy it in my area?
- Our full collection is available to shop and try on at our NYC Studio, located at 13 Division Street, 2nd Floor. We are open Monday through Saturday! You can also check our Stockists Page to find stores in your area or contact our Customer Service, who can help direct you!
Can I pick up my jewelry from the Bing Bang studio?
- Yes!! NYC customers can select 'In Studio Pick Up' at checkout to pick up directly from our downtown studio. It usually takes 24 hours to process your order but as soon as it is ready we will send you an email notification so you can come and get your brand new jewels! If you need your order extra quick, just give us a call at 212-925-7020 and we'll do our best to help you out!
I bought something online as a gift and shipped it directly to them. Will they see the pricing? How is it packaged?
- All packages arrive wrapped and ready for gifting! A packing slip is included in each package, but does not display any pricing information. Please note: items purchased from our 'SALE' section do NOT come in gift boxes.
